At FLÂNEUR, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange any item within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization form inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our atelier inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
